Individual Therapy

1:1 counseling tailored to your treatment concerns. Individual counseling offers a safe space to process your thoughts, feelings and ideas. Sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour.

CBT Intensives

Sometimes an hour isn’t enough to process all of your thoughts. Cognitive-behavioral therapy intensives offer a more in-depth experience, with appointments lasting from several hours to multiple days. Instead of spreading sessions out over months, this method is designed to accelerate your recovery, with faster improvement to quality of life.

Video Game Therapy (VGT)

During sessions, video games can be a great way to build coping skills for anxiety, anger and negative-self talk. If you thrive in a more experience-based environment, this treatment method could be more aligned than traditional talk therapy.
