I currently see individuals aged 12+, in-person and virtually for 45 minutes to 1 hour per session.
I offer one-hour sessions as well as therapy intensives, which are longer sessions (2+ hours) designed to achieve faster results.

Wallflower Therapy is happy to accept most Cigna, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans. We can check the status of your coverage at no cost.
The self-pay rate without insurance is $175 per one hour session.

I don’t prescribe medication, but work closely with several wonderful prescribers who provide psychiatric care.

Your confidentiality is extremely important, and is protected under HIPAA. I cannot disclose any information about your treatment unless:
1.) You are a minor, and I am coordinating care with your legal guardian
2.) You sign a release of information
3.) Someone (including yourself) is at risk of harm

I’m here to listen, but I’m also highly collaborative. I like to laugh, use metaphors, find patterns in your behavior, and get creative. I’ll challenge you when necessary, and always provide a non-judgmental environment for you to express yourself.
I like to give homework between sessions, because it helps maintain the skills we learn in therapy. If you’re not a homework person, there are great ways to practice in session!
I might reference movies, comic books, TV or videogames here and there (okay… a lot)
